4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. You may cancel your booking up 36 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.
4.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
4.3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services. You will be notified promptly, and a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
